CasaTech Valencia, S.L. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website casatechvalencia.com for all users, including those with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement is published in accordance with Spanish Law 11/2023 of 8 May (transposing EU Directive 2019/882, the European Accessibility Act), which took full effect on 28 June 2025, and Law 56/2007 of 28 December on Measures to Promote the Information Society.
NOTE ON SCOPE OF APPLICATION
CasaTech Valencia, S.L. is a microenterprise (fewer than 10 employees; annual turnover below €2,000,000). Under Ley 11/2023 and EU Directive 2019/882, microenterprises providing services are exempt from the service-related accessibility obligations of Ley 11/2023. Nevertheless, CasaTech voluntarily adopts the accessibility measures set out below as a commitment to digital inclusion and the best possible user experience for all clients.
1. Compliance Status
The website casatechvalencia.com aims for partial conformance with the European standard UNE-EN 301549:2022, which incorporates the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. "Partial conformance" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the accessibility standard for the reasons stated below.
2. Known Accessibility Limitations
As of the date of this statement, the following limitations have been identified:
• Some decorative images may lack adequate alternative text.
• Certain explanatory videos do not yet have captions or transcripts.
• Some form fields may not be fully labelled for screen readers.
• PDF documents published prior to July 2025 may not be fully accessible.
• Embedded third-party content (maps, booking widgets) may not fully meet Level AA.
3. Measures Taken
CasaTech has adopted the following measures to improve website accessibility:
• Semantic HTML and consistent heading structure throughout the site.
• Minimum colour contrast ratio of 4.5:1 between text and background across the brand palette.
• ARIA labels on all interactive elements.
• Full keyboard navigation enabled on all main menus and forms.
• Readable fonts and text scalable to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
• Accessibility review on every significant site update.
4. Technologies Relied Upon
Accessibility on this site relies on: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. The site is built on the Wix platform; Wix's own accessibility commitment is described at https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-and-web-accessibility.
5. Assessment Approach
CasaTech assessed the accessibility of this site through:
• Internal self-evaluation using automated tools (WAVE, Axe).
• Manual review of the main user journeys.
• Reference to the W3C WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
